Felicia Simone Robinson

Born and raised in Miami Gardens Florida. Graduated from North Miami Beach Senior High School in 1988. Earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Tuskegee University in 1994, a Master of Science in math education from the University of Miami in 2005, and an Ed.S. in educational leadership from Barry University in 2013. Veteran educator with 28 years of service in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Served as board chair of Center for Family and Child Enrichment, president of the Resource Room, and board member of the TLF Foundation. First elected to the Florida House in 2020 representing District 102. Re-elected in 2022 to represent the redrawn District 104. Currently serves as Minority Deputy Democratic Whip.

Florida State Representatives serve two-year terms and represent approximately 180,000 residents. They vote on state legislation covering education, public safety, housing, healthcare, transportation, and the state budget. District 104 covers portions of Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Hialeah and surrounding North Miami-Dade communities. Representatives may serve a maximum of four consecutive terms. Annual salary: $29,697.
