Nicole Reinoso

Nicole Reinoso serves as a Council Member for Seat 3 on the Doral City Council, a nonpartisan municipal office to which she was elected in a December 10, 2024 runoff election, securing 56.63% of the vote against challenger Juan Carlos Esquivel. Prior to her election, she served as an Executive Director with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and was heavily involved in local civic advocacy. She holds an Associate in Arts from Miami-Dade College, a Bachelor of Health Service Administration and an MBA from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, and actively practices as a licensed Florida Attorney. Her runoff victory provided Mayor Christi Fraga's coalition with an aligned majority on the five-member council, positioning Doral toward shared policy priorities. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Cuban and Puerto Rican parents, Reinoso has used her term running through November 2028 to focus on community park expansions, infrastructure logistics, and unified family-first leadership as the hallmarks of her public service approach.
