Orlando Lamas

Orlando 'Landy' Lamas serves as Councilman for Group III on the City of Miami Springs City Council, a nonpartisan municipal office he attained after qualifying completely unopposed in February 2025. Prior to serving on the council, Lamas built an extensive career in the construction and architecture fields, founding Three County Construction around 2000 and launching Studio Lamas Architects. He earned two degrees from the University of Florida, including a master's degree in architecture, and his professional work features design and contracting contributions to regional landmarks like the Dolphin Mall and Bayside Marketplace. While his municipal office is nonpartisan, Lamas is an active member of the local political scene as a registered Republican.
