Mary Estimé-Irvin is a Haitian American community leader and elected official serving the City of North Miami, Florida. She holds a background in community advocacy and public service within Miami-Dade County's Haitian American community. She was first elected to the North Miami City Council representing District 3 in May 2019 and was subsequently re-elected. She previously served as Vice Mayor of North Miami before Kassandra Timothe was appointed to that role in January 2025. Estimé-Irvin has been recognized for her efforts to amplify the voices of North Miami's diverse, predominantly Haitian American population.
