Mary Estimé-Irvin

Mary Estimé-Irvin is a Haitian American community leader and elected official serving the City of North Miami, Florida. She holds a background in community advocacy and public service within Miami-Dade County's Haitian American community. She was first elected to the North Miami City Council representing District 3 in May 2019 and was subsequently re-elected. She previously served as Vice Mayor of North Miami before Kassandra Timothe was appointed to that role in January 2025. Estimé-Irvin has been recognized for her efforts to amplify the voices of North Miami's diverse, predominantly Haitian American population.

The District 3 Council Member serves on the North Miami City Council, a legislative body responsible for enacting ordinances, approving the city budget, setting tax rates, and overseeing municipal services. Council members represent their geographic district's residents, vote on land use and zoning matters, and provide oversight of the city manager and city operations.
