Fabian Perez-Crespo

Fabian Perez-Crespo serves as the Councilman for Group IV on the Miami Springs City Council in Miami Springs, Florida, a nonpartisan municipal office to which he was elected on April 1, 2025. Perez-Crespo won his seat in a competitive general election by securing 53.30% of the vote against candidate Tom Curtis. Prior to holding elected office, he served the community as an appointed member of the Miami Springs Board of Parks and Parkways, and built a career as an entrepreneur, founding Find Your Focus, a professional coaching and leadership development practice. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications, an MBA, and a certification in HR Management, all from Florida International University, and holds a Master Certified Life Coach credential. On the council, his priorities focus heavily on elevating local public safety, enforcing fiscal accountability, driving smart infrastructure upgrades, and protecting the community's green spaces and small-town charm.
